Who We Are

• MAAUD is a task force designed to improve the health and well-being of youth in Mississippi by reducing underage drinking.
• Members include representatives from state agencies, with strong participation from local coalitions and organizations across the state.
• We help guide local coalitions in environmental approaches to underage drinking prevention that involve law enforcement, parents, youth and local organizations.
• We work to create and support legislation that will help reduce underage drinking and its costs to the state.
• Our mission is to develop and sustain initiatives that inform and advocate against underage drinking throughout Mississippi.
